Business Manager - 59th Street

The Business Manager at Bloomingdale's 59th Street will be responsible for providing on-site retail sales support, working closely with the Account Executive. This role involves hands-on selling, training, and motivating Beauty Consultants, as well as planning and executing special event programs.

• Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs to achieve sales goals under the direction of the Account Executive.
• Support staff development of Beauty Consultants and provide product and sales training.
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and train Beauty Consultants and Fragrance Specialists.
• Maintain client registration and replenishment programs.
• Train staff on promotional and sales tools and monitor stock performance.
• Maintain brand image and execute operational management of the counter.
• Develop and support special events programs.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and visual requirements.
• Act as a liaison for retailer management.

• 3+ years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
• Prior experience in Sales as Business Manager, Training Manager, or Sales Associate.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French are a plus.
