Associate, Order Fulfillment

Summary

The Associate, Order Fulfillment is responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packaging, shipping, and order confirmations. The role inspects merchandise for quality, manages returns and refunds, and maintains tracking and reporting to meet fill-rate and processing timeline targets. This position supports store operations and contributes to customer satisfaction through attention to detail and efficient order execution.

Responsibilities

• Produce order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes based on volume and express orders
• Execute hold orders within 24 hours and input shipping confirmations into the system promptly
• Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring labels and destinations are correct
• Inspect merchandise for quality, newness, damages, and footwear mismatches prior to packing
• Pick, ship, and confirm all orders in a timely manner and follow up on portal/App notifications
• Process, track, monitor, and log store returns; confirm return eligibility within policy windows
• Process refunds and return resalable merchandise to the appropriate department
• Manage wrap & pack supplies and maintain system reports; resolve compliance issues and follow privacy/cybersecurity measures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient with computers and systems (POS, IP, CTS, SAP, etc.)
• Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to meet departmental fill-rate and order processing timeline standards
