Loss Prevention Professional - Bloor Street

Summary

The Loss Prevention Professional maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while acting as a Tiffany ambassador on the sales floor. This role supports store operations and sales by executing security controls, opening and closing procedures, and assisting with facilities and back-of-house tasks. The incumbent partners with store leadership to deter theft, respond to incidents, and ensure adherence to security systems and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients and support a high-quality in-store client experience.
• Implement and follow security systems, daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and key access controls.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, investigate incidents, and respond to emergency situations.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities communications.
• Support sales and service initiatives by aligning security operations with store goals and client engagement.

Requirements

• Valid Security License and authorization to work in Canada.
• High School Diploma and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a retail/security environment with one year prior security-related experience.
