Sales & Stock Support - Bloor Boutique

Summary

Provide administrative and back-of-house support to the Fashion Boutique team at the CHANEL Bloor Boutique (Holt Renfrew). The role focuses on inventory management, after-sales tasks, and boutique supply maintenance while supporting the shop floor as needed and maintaining CHANEL standards of customer service and presentation. This is a full-time contract position covering a defined five-month period.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external queries, document messages, and support client communications.
• Assist on the shop floor with welcoming clients, presenting collections, and escorting clients as required.
• Manage inventory activities including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and after-sales tasks to ensure inventory integrity.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping; ensure cash and wrap stations are stocked and back-office areas are tidy.
• Communicate effectively with Boutique Management, other Boutiques, and Head Office while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock management.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving and experience with inventory processes.
• Customer service oriented, detail focused, and highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English, another language is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and supporting boutique openings and operational needs.
