Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role services clients in-store and digitally using technology to drive sales and styling across channels. This position is onsite at the specified store location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with and engage clients
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory for selling
• Achieve personal sales and client conversion goals
• Perform outreach and wardrobing to grow individual productivity
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Sell to clients both in-person and remotely using technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
