The Beauty Concierge provides exceptional customer service and product guidance in the cosmetics area, serving as a resource for customers and store employees. This role greets and directs customers, assists with cosmetic inquiries and services, and supports store operations while maintaining confidentiality. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle merchandise and perform customer deliveries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic product questions and services
• Support store operations and act as a general resource for customers and employees
• Connect customers to salespeople and employ suggestive selling techniques
• Make customer deliveries and handle, move, and organize merchandise

Requirements

• Clear, professional communication and strong customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work with urgency, and solve problems
• Physical ability to be active 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to handle bulky items
