Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice and help customers assemble cohesive looks.
• Create and maintain customer relationships through in-store interactions and digital channels (text, social media, Nordstrom apps).
• Drive sales by setting appointments, following up after purchases, and inviting customers to events.
• Work across departments to introduce customers to new arrivals and the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling environment and collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service.
