Summary

Passionate, customer-focused salesperson responsible for styling and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while delivering personalized service and fit advice. Support department readiness through merchandising, stocking, price markdowns, order fulfillment, and flexible support across departments and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Cultivate and maintain lasting customer relationships and open store rewards program accounts
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit guidance to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and interested in leveraging technology and networking to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
