Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, fragrance recommendations, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Book appointments and support beauty events and services to drive sales
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty account enrollment
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization, cleanliness, and merchandising
