Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support and participate in team training and store initiatives
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing options to broaden customer accessibility
• Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on category and customer opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
• Ability to operate the register and stand, walk and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
