Summary

The Lingerie Retail Salesperson provides personalized intimate apparel fittings and styling to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. This role combines in-store and digital selling, including outreach via text and social media, while maintaining a customer-ready department. Training on bra fitting and product knowledge is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up via text and social media.
• Meet individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital sales activities.
• Assist with stocking, filling orders, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready.
