Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selections
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers and employees
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and coworkers
• Make deliveries to customers and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Perform suggestive selling and connect customers to appropriate salespeople

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers
• Ability to suggestively sell and refer customers to sales staff
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
