Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit to customers
• Open and promote customer accounts in the rewards program
• Support department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments when needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong follow-through and the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical stamina for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
