Retail Sales - Kids' Apparel & Shoes - Towson Town Center

Summary

Provide outstanding customer service and style guidance while driving sales of kids' apparel and shoes both in-store and through digital channels. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, using networking and technology to meet sales goals. Support department presentation and operations through merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and pricing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build lasting relationships and grow customer following and Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling and fit advice and confident product recommendations to customers
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and complete light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Maintain organization and follow-through to support a customer-ready department

• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and variable weekly schedules
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
