Engage customers through consultations and product demonstrations, drive sales and deliver an elevated client experience. Maintain brand standards through merchandising and floor presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver personalized product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Perform makeup and skincare consultations to meet client needs and build loyalty.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals and participate in commission and incentive programs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock product displays, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
• Process transactions and follow store policies for sales and returns.

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and participating in commission/incentive programs.
• Ability to perform makeup and skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
