Summary

The Active & Lingerie Retail Salesperson provides personalized fashion and fit guidance to customers both in-store and digitally, with a focus on bra fittings, comfort, and style. The role builds lasting customer relationships through trusted service and leverages technology and social tools to drive sales. The position supports a customer-ready department through collaboration with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles (training provided).
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up via in-store and digital channels.
• Meet sales goals using in-store selling and digital tools such as texting and social media.
• Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, filling orders, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a customer-ready department and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
