Summary

Provide personalized lingerie and activewear styling and fit services to create a confident, comfortable customer experience. Deliver sales through in-store and digital interactions while maintaining a customer-ready department and collaborating with the store team. Conduct bra fittings and offer fit and style guidance, staying current on product knowledge and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring and recommending proper fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up using in-store and digital tools.
• Achieve individual sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Support department operations including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, filling orders, and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a customer-ready environment and continuous learning.
