Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and deliver exceptional customer service
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
