Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
- Provide information and directions related to the cosmetics area
- Support store operations and act as a resource for customers and employees
- Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
- Make deliveries to customers as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information
- Prioritize multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency in a busy store
- Perform continuous movement and physical tasks throughout the shift
Requirements
- Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
- Ability to suggestively sell and refer customers to sales staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
