Retail Sales Associate - Stanford Shopping Center

Summary

Hiring event for multiple retail sales and store support roles at the Palo Alto store located in Stanford Shopping Center. Positions include retail sales across departments, beauty sales, order fulfillment, retail stock, and store support with on the spot interviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product knowledge in assigned department.
• Assist customers with fitting, styling, and product selection.
• Process transactions and handle cash and payment systems.
• Support inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying merchandise.
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Able to perform continuous movement and physical tasks for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for stock roles.
• Customer facing experience preferred.
• Reliable availability to attend the hiring event and work retail schedules including weekends.
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred.
