Summary
Manage and drive sales for an assigned beauty brand within the store by delivering personalized makeup and skincare services, coaching customers and collaborating with the beauty team to create compelling in-store and digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend appropriate products
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and participate in trainings provided by company and brand partners
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect and handle concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
