Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive department environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Use networking and technology to grow customer following both in-store and digitally
