The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for assigned brands through in-store and digital selling. This role combines sales, product education, customer service, and vendor collaboration to build customer loyalty and achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends products and brand knowledge through trainings
