Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor and brand partner relationships
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Open and grow customer accounts and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain counter presentation, organization, and product readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
