Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and brand partner relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Open and grow customer accounts and loyalty program enrollment
• Maintain counter presentation, organization, and product readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
• Keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
