Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and beauty education, while building a loyal customer following in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Support customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and maintain a clean, organized department.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
