Summary

The Cosmetics Counter Manager develops and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and sell products in store and online. The role builds customer relationships, drives productivity, and maintains engaging merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
• Lead Beauty Advisors to provide outstanding service, product knowledge, and a welcoming customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as reaching and crouching, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
