Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Set and achieve individual and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Create and maintain a customer-ready, organized and clean counter environment
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a client following
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an inclusive and welcoming experience
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Drive to meet sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to physically perform duties including frequent movement and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
