Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open customer reward accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
