The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experiences for an assigned luxury beauty brand at the store counter, acting as both seller and educator. This role focuses on delivering personalized makeup and skincare consultations, driving counter sales through in-store and digital engagement, and maintaining vendor relationships and counter presentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products and routines
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open customer accounts
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
