The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, with a focus on makeup, skincare, and building a loyal customer following both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to meet customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department while supporting customer loyalty.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
