The Beauty Counter Manager leads an assigned luxury skincare counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while maximizing sales. This role balances direct selling, team collaboration, and vendor relationship management to drive business results and maintain a customer-ready counter.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support brand performance.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and assist customers in enrolling in loyalty accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive environment and keep the counter organized and customer-ready.
