Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences by performing makeup applications and skincare consultations while driving sales for an assigned luxury brand. This role combines selling and teaching, requires building customer relationships in-store and digitally, and leading vendor events and counter operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell products to meet personal and counter sales targets
• Utilize in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep area customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
