Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Participate in trainings to keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge
Requirements
