Manage an assigned beauty brand counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services, driving sales through in-store and digital interactions, and leading vendor events and promotions. Serve as both salesperson and educator to build customer relationships and meet performance goals in a commissioned sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and achieve personal and counter sales goals
- Utilize in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Keep counter and department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Open new customer loyalty accounts to build repeat business
