Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Provide excellent customer service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Recruit and retain customers by opening new rewards accounts and building a following
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort with commissioned sales environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability for continuous movement, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
