Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
- Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results.
- Handle sales transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Open new customer loyalty accounts and build customer followings.
- Keep the beauty counter organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience.
