The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experience for an assigned luxury beauty brand within the store, acting as both salesperson and educator. This role focuses on delivering personalized makeup and skincare services, driving in-store and digital sales, and managing vendor events and promotions. The manager maintains product knowledge, counter presentation, and builds customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards enrollment and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
• Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges and open new rewards accounts to build loyalty
• Keep the beauty department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
