- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Open new customer loyalty accounts and build customer followings in-store and digitally
