The Beauty Counter Manager is responsible for driving sales and delivering personalized beauty experiences at an assigned brand counter. This role combines selling and teaching duties, including makeup application, skincare analysis, and using digital tools to build customer relationships while maintaining counter presentation and vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Recruit and grow customer following and open new rewards program accounts
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
