Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and services to drive sales and meet sales goals
- Engage customers in-store and via digital channels including text and social media
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Process sales transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep department customer ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using technology for selling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to be on feet for long periods and perform frequent bending and lifting
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
