Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re merchan dising and price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work as part of a team to keep the department customer ready
• Be flexible to work varying hours and occasionally in different departments
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and reaching to handle merchandise
