Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer needs
- Recommend and sell products to meet customers beauty goals
- Use digital selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts and build customer loyalty through follow up
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
