Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultation, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Engage customers, build loyalty, and maintain a welcoming, organized beauty department at the Easton Town Center location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Use selling tools including text and social media to grow customer following and meet sales goals
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Stay current with beauty trends, products, and brand training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds
