Summary

As a Beauty Sales associate you will create personalized beauty experiences, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and drive sales for luxury beauty brands both in-store and digitally. You will build customer relationships, book appointments for beauty services, and contribute to a welcoming team environment at the Galleria at Roseville location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a loyal client following in-store and via digital channels
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools such as text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
