Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following

• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and maintain a customer-ready environment
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support team selling efforts
