Summary

This Retail Sales role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for men's apparel both in-store and digitally. The salesperson will build lasting customer relationships, use selling tools including text and social media, and support the team to maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and followings
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments as needed
