Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will represent the brand by delivering personalized, memorable experiences to clients within a luxury retail environment. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools, advise clients across all product categories, and contribute to both individual and team sales performance through a strong commercial approach.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably within high-end or luxury market, or strong customer-centric background
• Passion for client service and ability to form meaningful relationships
• Strong commercial mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
