Summary

The Outlet Sales Associate delivers personalized sales and service on the outlet floor, engaging customers to meet their needs and drive transactions. This part-time role partners with the store team to maintain merchandise presentation, uphold brand standards, and support overall store performance. The associate uses product knowledge and point-of-sale systems to guide purchasing decisions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support informed purchasing decisions
• Represent the brand through professional communication and a brand-reflective presence
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and store policies to confidently meet customer needs
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect store standards
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions and contribute to team sales goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in relationship-driven selling and meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and other physical tasks required on the sales floor
