Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to build loyalty and a customer following in-store and through digital channels
- Set and achieve individual sales goals and participate in department sales initiatives
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use texting and social media as selling tools to support digital selling
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns with empathy
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform continuous movement and physical tasks for 6-8 hours per shift
- Capable of frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
