Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling and fit guidance, and maintaining the department to ensure a strong customer experience. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media tools to drive sales and engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit recommendations with confidence and honesty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Enroll customers in the rewards program to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
